Health

Enroll in our health insurance the first day of the month following your date of hire. Our Medical plan options give you the flexibility to select the right health care coverage for you and eligible family members. Choose from several plans, including a Health Savings Account (with employee and employer contributions). You can also enroll in Dental and Vision plans as well as a Flexible Spending Accounts for health and dependent care.


Employee Assistance Medical Advice Line

For family resource and work or life wellness assistance, you can call a helpline 24/7 or complete an online health assessment to get treatment as soon as possible and at a low cost.


Financial security

  • We offer a Fidelity-sponsored 401(k) plan so employees can easily defer compensation into a long-term savings account. The plan includes an employer match, and contains several options to help you achieve your financial goals.

  • Earned sick time, with the ability to earn up to 40 hours in a calendar year, to be used for unexpected illnesses

  • Seven paid company holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day).

Looking to advance your knowledge base and learn new skills? We sponsor up to 75% of education expenses for employees seeking to enroll in courses to develop their careers. In addition, as a continuous improvement organization, we always sharpening our employees’ skills with in-house training.

Since 2001, we’ve offered a scholarship fund to contribute toward college or secondary education for children of our employees. Every employee can voluntarily contribute toward the scholarship fund, then North Atlantic matches the funds raised and distributes to scholarship applicants.
