Loading Department

With opportunities on either first or second shift, the Loading team gathers products from the staging area and loads them into trucks based on the truck’s delivery route. If you’d thrive in an active work environment, and wouldn’t mind getting exercise while you work every day, this department is for you. As a Loader, you’ll get to know our products and our operation very well.

Truck Drivers and Driver Helpers

As a Truck Driver or Helper, you will deliver truckloads of millwork products to field jobsites, or customer warehouses each day. You’ll get to see new houses and commercial buildings all throughout our market areas, and you’ll develop relationships with our customers so we can have an open dialogue with them. As a driver or helper, you will be our brand ambassadors!

Our Approach to Training

Our loading and delivery jobs do not require any prior warehousing experience. We are committed to training you once you come on board. If you come prepared with a willingness to learn and advance your career, we will make sure all of your job-specific training happens once you come on board.

$15 per hour - $25+ per hour, based on work ethic and skills development

Physical Demand Requirement - heavy

This job requires heavy lifting, awkward lifting, and plenty of walking. Be ready to exercise!

Interaction level

Medium - You will have one partner to help make deliveries each day. You’ll see customers at each job site. The rest is you and the open road.

Work Shift

Opportunities for first and second shift available.

First Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Morning break at 8:30AM - 8:45 AM; lunch at 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.

Second Shift - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Dinner break at 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM; evening break at 8:30 PM - 8:45 PM.
