Industrial Robotics
Eager to work in the growing, high-tech segment of manufacturing and distribution operations? With our continued investments in industrial automation technology, we will train you how to work with robotics to drive efficiency throughout our business.
Explore Our Automated Warehouse Technology
In 2019, we invested in a robotic door storage and retrieval system, which allowed us to increase our inventory capacity by 25% using 40% less warehouse space. This system is integrated with our production scheduling software to create a seamless flow from warehouse to production.
See Our Robotic Prefinishing Operation
In 2020, we implemented a space-efficient, automated factory finish operation using two Kuka Robots, two Makor automated spray machines, and a series of conveyors. This work cell allows us to provide stain and paint prefinish to doors before delivering to customers.
Computer-Numerically-Controlled (CNC) Woodworking
As innovators in custom millwork, we use multiple CNC machines to create highly customized door and stair parts at scale and at a better cost than competition. This equipment augments our woodworkers’ ability to produce custom products at a quicker lead time for customers.
