Acquired Cooper Stairworks of Fall River, MA and began to manufacture pre-assembled stairs and stair parts. Enabled us to expand our manufacturing capability to custom windows and doors in the Architectural Products Division (APD).  We also acquired a competitor Phoenix Millwork of Fall River, MA.
